Drink aftershock recipes youll love: Learn how to mix and enjoy Aftershock drinks.
Okay, so, I had heard about this drink, Aftershock, and I was like, what the heck is that? Sounds intense. So naturally, I gotta try it.
First, I went to the liquor store, you know, the usual spot. Walked around, asked the guy behind the counter, “Yo, where’s the Aftershock?” He pointed me to this shelf with all these colorful bottles. They had a few different kinds, but I grabbed the red one, the cinnamon flavor.

Got home, chilled it in the fridge for a bit. Then, I called up a couple of buddies. “Come on over,” I said, “we’re trying this crazy stuff.” They were game.
We poured it into shot glasses. Man, that stuff is bright red. Like, really red. We all took a sniff. Smelled like those cinnamon heart candies, you know? But stronger. Way stronger.
Alright, bottoms up. We knocked them back. Whoa. First, it’s all cinnamon, like a fireball in your mouth. But then, this weird cooling sensation hits you. Like, your mouth is on fire, but also freezing. It’s nuts.
The Aftermath
- My throat felt like it was coated in cinnamon for like an hour.
- One of my friends turned bright red. Like, lobster red.
- We all agreed it was a wild ride.
So yeah, Aftershock. It’s definitely an experience. Would I drink it all the time? Nah. But for a crazy night, or just to try something weird, it’s worth a shot. Literally.
